Designing the First Website for PurSUITS International
PurSUITS International is a nonprofit dedicated to educating young people about financial scams and online fraud.
This project involved designing and developing the organization’s first official website a central platform for sharing educational content, publishing articles, and growing their community.

Challenge: No Central Platform
Without a website, PurSUITS had no way to present structured content or build credibility beyond social media. The organization needed a home that could clearly communicate their mission, house their resources, and move people toward action.
Approach
I started by mapping the organization’s mission, vision, and goals, then structured the content flow around how a first-time visitor would naturally engage with the issue.
Mission Statement → Emotional Message → Key Statistics → Browse Resources → Call to Action → Contact
This hierarchy guides users from awareness to understanding to engagement
Sitemap
With no existing structure to work from, I built a sitemap from scratch to define the content and navigation hierarchy before any design work began.

Wireframes
Low-fidelity wireframes were created in Figma to establish layout and flow before moving into development.

Solution
The final website was built in Wix, translating the wireframes into a fully functional platform. The site gives PurSUITS a structured, credible presence where users can learn, explore resources, and connect with the organization.

Outcome and Reflection
This project delivered PurSUITS International’s first official digital home, giving them a platform to scale their educational mission beyond social media.
This project pushed me to focus more on structure and flow. Seeing the final site come together showed how much that shapes the experience.
